NOTICE

Please be aware that the Eating Disorders Awareness Coalition of Wateloo Region is no longer able to provide prevention, education, support and referral services for individuals who were dealing with, or are at risk of, developing an eating disorder. EDAC was no longer able to sustain its operation on the basis of fundraising and donations beyond April 1, 2011 and a community plan to attract sustainable funding was not successful.

For SCHOOL BASED or COMMUNITY BASED Presentations or AWARENESS events on topics related to Eating Disorders; please be in touch with Deborah Gauthier, Manager at Trellis. She can be reached at 519-576-2333, Ext. 577

For FAMILY and FRIENDS Support Group: Regular Meetings: ongoing- 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Trellis, 130 Weber St. W.(at Breithaupt St.), Suite 201, Kitchener (enter from back parking lot to take elevator to 2nd floor).
